DYNSELL provides a deterministic computational environment. These terms govern the interaction between your organization and our hardware layer.
1. Operational Mandate
By accessing the AURA engine, you acknowledge that DYNSELL LLC acts as a stateless computational provider. We do not store, retain, or harvest the data inputs provided for matrix analysis.
You are responsible for the integrity of the datasets uploaded. Any attempts to reverse-engineer the proprietary Tensor Network topology or bypass hardware rate-limiting will result in immediate termination of access.
2. Data Sovereignty
All mathematical outputs, correlation discoveries, and derived insights generated within your workspace remain the exclusive intellectual property of your organization.
DYNSELL maintains a Zero-Trust architecture. We do not pipe data into public LLM training sets or third-party cloud providers. Execution occurs on isolated, bare-metal hardware.
3. Subscription & Access
Access levels are tiered based on computational allocation. Standard and Professional tiers are billed on a recurring monthly basis. Failure to maintain an active subscription will result in the suspension of dedicated resource slots.
Refunds are not provided for partial usage cycles due to the upfront allocation of hardware nodes required for deterministic execution.
4. Liability & Accuracy
While AURA is designed for 99.9% deterministic accuracy, DYNSELL LLC is not liable for operational decisions made based on computational outputs. Our engine provides mathematical analysis; final interpretation rests with your institutional experts.
